We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to send it back. Items which are postmarked after this time will not be accepted. No Exceptions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Items that look worn/washed, have stains, smell of cigarette, perfume, deodorant or other odors, have animal hair or have been damaged by you will not be accepted.
After inspection of return product, we will issue a store credit to the same email used for checkout. Please keep in mind, even if you received free shipping, actual shipping costs will be deducted from original purchase value

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive a wrong item, you have to contact us within 3 days showing defects or improper sizing at firstname.lastname@example.org
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges due to fast inventory changes. If you need to exchange sizes, the fastest way is to place another with correct sizes.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded and issued a store credit minus shipping charges.
